The uses of special fluorescent dye-stuff allows to get maximal human contrast with the environment and guarantees colour coordinate and brightness coefficient of the background material during the whole period of exploitation. Brightness coefficient isnot less than 0,85 for yellow colour and not lessthan 0,44 for orange colour.
